If it is decided that the best way to operate the business is through a limited company, we can arrange the formation on your behalf via formation agents for a small charge.

Prior to the decision to incorporate, we are able to run through all of the pro’s and cons of incorporation so that you will be making an informed decision. We identify potential tax savings, review other matters such as Benefits in Kind (for example the tax treatment of company cars), dividends, minimum wage, administration, goodwill etc.
